Please Read Carefully Before Reserving

TICKET REQUIREMENT:

To reserve a room in the Comfort Inn Abbey Road on the River block, you must also purchase a 2027 Comfort Inn Ultimate Ticket to Ride. This is different than a regular Ultimate Ticket to Ride, since hotel guests get more benefits than regular ticket customers. This ticket can only be purchased through this reservation system. All ticket sales are final.

WHAT YOU GET WITH YOUR STAY & SPECIAL TICKET:

• Live music all day in the TownePlace lobby Fri-Sat-Sun
• Abbey Staff on duty to help with check-in and questions and plans
• Private entrance to the festival, with VIP Tent and Reserved section seating
• This is truly the ULTIMATE Ultimate Ticket to Ride. Early bird pricing of $329. Prices increase to $379 on July 31.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

• Minimum Stay Requirement: A minimum three-night stay is required.
• Six month payment plans are available.
• Reservations must be paid in full by March 21, 2027.

Choice Privileges Points:

Guests will earn Choice points for their stay. However, Choice points may not be used to reserve rooms within the Abbey Road on the River room block.

Specific Room Requests & Preferences: 

While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, specific room, floor, view, or location CANNOT be promised in advance. 

This includes requests for:

• The same room as the previous year
• A specific floor
• Rooms near friends or traveling companions
• Specific room numbers or location

If demand exceeds availability, room assignments will be determined by lottery and are always subject to hotel availability.  Neither Abbey Road on the River nor the hotel can provide room numbers until a few days prior to check-in, after final room assignments have been completed. Even then, operational needs may require a room change at check-in. We are providing this information now to avoid misunderstandings later and to ensure all guests understand the realities and limitations of hotel room assignments before making a reservation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel Insurance Strongly Recommended

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance at checkout. Abbey Road on the River is NOT the insurance provider. We cannot approve, deny, process, or assist with insurance claims. Any claim is strictly between you and the third-party insurance company. If you choose to purchase coverage, please review the policy carefully and direct all claim-related questions to the insurance provider using the contact information supplied with your policy.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

• All ticket sales are final
• If you are unable to attend and notify us on or before March 31, 2027, we may, at our sole discretion and for a valid reason, allow your ticket to be rolled over for use at the 2028 Abbey Road On The River festival. Rollovers are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Hotel reservations are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your hotel reservation at any time before the event and we are able to re-book your room to another patron, your hotel payment will be refunded, less any applicable processing fees.
• If we are unable to re-book the room, no hotel refund will be issued.
• Processing and credit card fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy.
